A new modern hotel with apartments offering 175 hotel apartments and a 24 hour front desk. The hotel and the apartments are luxuriously decorated and feature fully equipped kitchens which enable self catering. The hotel is located in the popular residential area of Gärdet in Stockholm close both to the city centre and to the green areas around the Royal Zoo and Gärdet. Several bus routes stop immediately outside the hotel. Biz Apartment Gärdet is located in the same building as SATS gym and the Ballbreaker activity centre, which offers very good meals and drinks in the restaurant as well as activities such as bowling, a golf simulator, billiards etc. A lighter breakfast is being served in Ballbreaker´s restaurant.
Cleaning of the apartment and change of bed linen and towels is done every 5th day.
